"catcher" position....think about baseball or softball and the way the catcher sits,-ft on ground sit over feet, (crunch down)
contract.....basically, bring in (chest and shoulders usually)
release......relax whatever u r releasing
body roll......basically stick out your head, then chest, hips, knees, heels (thats down) then bring body part back when u stick the next part out --hard to explain
lunge...... one foot in front of the other and put your weight on the foot thats out in front
clasped(usually hands clasped over head)...all this mean is that your hads are locked together-like your clapping
push-up position.........just what it says- on the ground, ft and hands holding u up-no girly push up positions! lol
ball-change....(for ex. a left ball change would be...)- step back on your left and put your weight on that ft, then stp on the opposite ft, and put your ft on that ft -and then u have a ball change =2counts
heel......of foot-its the back of your ft
ball.....its the front of your ft, where toes r
scuff....basically just hit the floor fast from back to front (fast shuffle without bringing your foot back again)
hit.....just hit(tap hard) the floor
walk=step
flat back.........bend over so that your back is completely horizontal and flat
flow, ripple......its like making your arm wave or roll like waves in the water-lol, hard to explain but very easy...a body roll for your arm
knee pop....just keep one knee straight and bend the other, the one knee that is bent is the one that is "popped", your heel of the knee that is popped should be up too.
